Limerick Chess Club AGM was held on Wednesday, 6th September 2006 at 8.30 pm. at the Perys hotel, Glentworth Road, Limerick
Present were
Pat Hayes (honorary President), Ray O’Brien (Chairman), Kevin O’Flaherty(Secretary),
Eamonn Canning (Treasurer), John Alfred, Phillip Foenander, Michael Meaney, Tim Dineen,
Stephen Danaher.
The meeting was opened by the Chairman.
Minutes of the previous AGM and a brief summary of the club’s activities during the season 2005-06 were read out by the Secretary.
The Treasurer’s report on the club’s finances was then read by Eamon Canning.
Finally the nomination and election of Club officers was carried with the following officers voted in:
Chairman – Ray O’Brien to continue
Secretary – Phillip Foenander (replaces Kevin O’Flaherty)
Membership Secretary – Eamonn Canning to continue
PRO officer – vacant
The meeting was then closed by our Chairman.
